Please read this agreement carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Customer Service Agreement.
1. Program Description
The Functional Nutrition Intervention for Autism and ADHD (the “Program”) is a 16-week guided implementation protocol developed and delivered by Denise Voight, MS (“Denise Voight,” “we,” or “us”). The Program is designed to support parents of children with autism and/or ADHD through a structured biochemical and nutritional intervention framework.
The Program includes:
- 16-week guided implementation protocol (4 phases, 3 action steps per week)
- Full 4-month My Spectrum Heroes™ supplement supply, shipped monthly to your address
- 1:1 onboarding call with Denise Voight (60 minutes)
- 4 phase kickoff coaching calls (30 minutes each)
- 16 weekly live group coaching calls
- Exit interview and long-term maintenance plan session
- Biochemical Balance Assessment with personalized symptom profile
- 60+ downloadable tools, trackers, and guides
- 4 months full access to the Functional Nutrition Intervention Membership Community
- Bonus resources: 48-Hour Reset Protocol, Travel/Holiday/School Stress Playbooks, Hard Week Plan
2. Investment & Payment Terms
2a. Program Investment
The total investment for the Program is $5,997.00 USD. Two payment options are available:
- Pay in Full: $5,997.00 USD (one-time payment, saves $251)
- Payment Plan: 2 payments of $3,124.00 USD each (total $6,248.00 USD)
2b. Payment Plan Terms
If you select the 2-payment option, the following terms apply:
- Payment 1 is due at the time of enrollment and is required to activate your access
- Payment 2 is automatically charged 30 days after your enrollment date to the same payment method on file
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds for both charges
- Failure to complete Payment 2 will result in suspension of Program access until payment is received
- The payment plan does not alter, reduce, or waive your total financial obligation of $6,248.00 USD
2c. All Sales Are in USD
All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment processor.
3. The 30-Day Progress Promise (Refund Policy)
We stand behind the Program with a 30-Day Progress Promise. If you meet all of the following conditions and do not experience measurable progress in your child’s symptoms, you are eligible for a full refund:
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Complete all Phase 1 program content within the first 30 days of enrollment
- Attend your 1:1 onboarding call with Denise Voight within the first 14 days
- Implement the Phase 1 dietary and supplement protocols as directed for a minimum of 21 consecutive days
- Submit a completed Phase 1 progress tracker demonstrating implementation
- Submit your refund request in writing to denisevoight17@gmail.com within 30 days of your enrollment date
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Supplement shipments already delivered are non-returnable; the refund covers the program investment minus the retail cost of supplements received.
Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved. Chargebacks initiated without following the refund process above will be disputed.
4. Supplement Terms
The My Spectrum Heroes™ supplement supply is included in your Program investment and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. The following terms apply:
- Supplements are shipped monthly in 4 shipments aligned with the program phases
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; re-shipment fees apply for returned packages due to address error
- Supplements are non-returnable once shipped
- Allow 5–7 business days for delivery of your first shipment after enrollment
- If you relocate during the program, you must notify us immediately at denisevoight17@gmail.com to update your shipping address
My Spectrum Heroes™ supplements are nutritional supplements, not drugs or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Always consult your child’s physician before introducing new supplements, especially if your child takes prescription medications or has known medical conditions.
5. Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Services
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.
Denise Voight, MS provides nutritional education and functional nutrition coaching. The Program and all related content, calls, assessments, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this Program constitutes or should be construed as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider
- A recommendation to discontinue or alter any existing medical treatment, therapy, or medication
You acknowledge that:
- Your child’s participation in this Program does not create a doctor-patient relationship
- You will consult your child’s physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your child’s diet, supplement routine, or health management plan
- Results described in testimonials or case studies are not typical and individual outcomes vary based on many factors
- You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding your child’s health and wellbeing
6. Program Participation & Access
To receive full benefit from the Program, you agree to:
- Attend your 1:1 onboarding call within 14 days of enrollment to activate personalized support
- Access the program platform (Kajabi) using the login credentials provided to the email address at checkout
- Participate in good faith in program activities, coaching calls, and community standards
Program access is granted for the duration of the 16-week program plus the 4-month membership period. After this period, continued membership access requires a separate subscription.
Coaching call recordings will be made available for replay for a limited period. Live attendance is recommended but not required.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund if they engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward Denise Voight, staff, coaches, or other community members.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, guides, protocols, assessments, worksheets, email sequences, coaching call recordings, and community content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Denise Voight, MS and is protected by copyright.
You agree that you will NOT:
- Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any Program content in any format
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute coaching calls or community content without express written permission
- Use any Program content to create derivative works or competing products or services
Your Program access is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by you only. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denise Voight, MS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program, use of supplements, or reliance on any program content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Program.
9. Privacy
Your personal information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information, is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at denisevoight.com. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely to deliver the Program, process payments, ship supplements, and communicate with you regarding your enrollment.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Denise Voight, MS with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
